Give your feedback!

The City Council has approved $1 million in funding for Durham-based nonprofit and community organizations who are directly serving residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and addressing issues contributing to racial, economic, and social injustices in Durham.

To help allocate this $1 million, our PB Durham team has drafted priority areas for the funding of grant applications based on feedback from the PB Durham Cycle 1 as well as additional past engagement activities such as the Transit Plan, Youth Listening Project, Comprehensive Plan Engagement Phase I, and resident focus groups for the Annual City-County Resident Satisfaction Survey.

The results of this survey will make sure your priorities are included and will help shape the next round of PB Durham Cycle 2 funding to community organizations working to provide relief to those most impacted by COVID-19.

We estimate that completing this survey will take about 5 minutes. Your individual responses will remain anonymous and will only be used to produce data of the community needs in Durham. Finally, if you want to be entered into a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card, please be sure to answer the final question. Again, your individual responses will remain anonymous!

Thank you for caring about our community and helping us determine how to spend $1 million to support non-profit and community organizations serving the Bull City!

Volunteer Opportunities

PB Durham Cycle 2 is launching soon and we need your support. Are you interested in helping develop, review and score grant proposals for a public vote? Want to be more involved in how the City spends taxpayer dollars? Apply here to become a budget delegate.

Budget Delegates are short term stipend positions that run from March-April 2021. Budget Delegates average time commitment is about 4-5 hours per week.
